A follow up discussion from my chat with Garry Swann in episode 15 of CCP Podcast. Garry is the Consultant nurse lead in the Emergency Department at the Heart of England NHS Trust and is one of the main driving forces behind the development of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner roles at this trust.
